Production & Processing Times

How long will my order take?

  • READY-TO-WEAR (RTW): Ships within 3 business days.
  • MADE-TO-ORDER: Please check product tag for production timelines.

Why does made-to-order take longer?
All made-to-order pieces are crafted individually after your order is placed to reduce waste and ensure quality. We offer standard and custom fits. Standard pieces are made from our base patterns, while custom fits are tailored to your measurements (e.g., a size 8 top with a size 10 skirt). Production timelines are the same, but custom fits cost $20 extra as we work closely with our seamstresses to ensure the perfect fit.

All custom sized orders include one complimentary alteration to ensure the best possible fit.

Custom Orders

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we offer customisations on selected styles including colour changes and minor design modifications.

What is considered a custom order?
Any garment that is altered from the original design or ordered in a different colour than listed on the website is considered a custom order.

Do custom orders include alterations?
All custom sized orders include one complimentary alteration to ensure the best possible fit.

Are custom orders refundable?
As custom garments are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Colour Options

Can I order a style in a different colour?
Some styles can be made in alternative colours depending on fabric availability. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm.

How do I choose my size?

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the production timeframe of your order.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for credit note or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Are made-to-order items returnable?
Made-to-order styles in either Custom or Standard sizing are eligible for a credit note or exchange.

Are custom orders returnable?
Customised garments (colour or fit) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Changes to Orders

Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes to your order can only be requested within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it. After this time, your order will enter cutting and cannot be modified.

Garment Care

How should I care for my garment?
Please follow the care instructions on the garment label to ensure longevity.

Can I receive my order by a specific date?

If you need an item for a specific event, please contact us before ordering and we will advise whether we can meet your deadline.
