FAQ

What is the timeframe of my handmade garment?

All pieces are handmade in our Fremantle studio in Western Australia. The production time frame varies and is stated in the announcement bar on the website. This time frame is an estimate and can take longer. During the production period we will only contact you for any necessary information about sizing or your fabric. Once the production timeframe is complete you will receive a tracking email or your pick up email. ENSURE TO ADD YOUR EMAIL TO YOUR ORDER***

Please make sure you are adding the date you need your piece for to your cart to ensure you don't miss out. Our estimated time frame is not inclusive of shipping.

If we feel that the method of shipping you chose will mean your garment won't arrive in time we will reach out and offer you to upgrade your shipping method. Email us to see if we can fast track your order!

Where do I add my sizing for my purchase?

There is a box in the cart that appears before checkout. All sizing, customisation info and date NEEDS to be added here.

All our pieces besides our READY TO WEAR styles are made to size. We cater for people who may not be consistently proportionate to a standard size. We work on general size, bust cup and height but for a more accurate dress a bust, hip and waist measurement is more ideal. A length of dress measurement is also helpful, refer to our "How to measure?" question below.

Can I use any fabric on the website for any other style?

All fabrics seen on the website can mostly be interchangeable for any style. In some cases it may not be possible or not ideal. Reach out to us and we can confirm if the fabric you're wanting is appropriate for the style.

My rat tail cord came out. How do I put it back in?

This can happen if the string has been pulled out of the channel. In order to get this back in you will require a small safety pin or ring looper to pull this back through. Video below.

How can I see what a certain colour of a style looks like?

On our website we offer a range of different colours and fabrics for each style. As everything is handmade to order we don't often get to complete the dress in all of its potential colour ways. This means we don't have images of each dress in all its fabric options. Below we have attached a google drive of examples of fabrics we have made in dresses.

If you are after a photo of a specific dress in a colour, reach out and we will confirm if we have any.
