Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unmet timeframes. Typing a delivery date at checkout is a request—not a guarantee. Refunds are only issued in the case of faulty garments not in change of mind or wrong size.

Custom garments—defined as any item modified or tailored from its original online design—are non-refundable due to their personalised nature. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with the fit. To that end, we offer complimentary alterations to perfect the fit of your custom piece. Our goal is to work with you to achieve a flawless fit through these free adjustments.
- As each piece is created specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges on customised items. Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the case of a confirmed manufacturing fault.
- Fast tracking: This fee is not a guaranteed delivery service — it is a fee to prioritise your order ahead of the production timeframe at the time of order. We are required to reshuffle production schedules to accommodate this which takes a significant amount of time on our end.
- Customisations: Refunds will not be issued if custom requests or colour selections are not entered at checkout.
- Sale Items: All sale purchases are final.

Alterations: With every made-to-measure fit purchase, you are entitled to one complimentary alteration should your garment not fit as expected. While measurements are provided at checkout, fit can sometimes vary depending on personal preference and desired fit, which is why we offer this service.
For our international customers, please note that return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.If alterations are required, they will re-enter the production queue and are not prioritised by specific dates. Only applicable for Made to order pieces.
- Returns & Store Credit: Items eligible for return must be sent back within 7 days of receiving. Store credit (valid for 1 year) will be issued upon inspection and approval. When returning the garment this will be at the cost of the customer.

Shipping & duties: Deconduarte maintains price parity between domestic and international customers. There is no GST charged on international orders.
All products are sold on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. International parcels may be subject to local duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not Deconduarte.
- International shipping: We always do our best to have orders completed and dispatched within the estimated timeframe; however, for international orders we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as shipping delays, customs processing, and other transit issues can occur outside of our control. All international timeframes should therefore be considered estimates only.
- If a receiver refuses a shipment from Deconduarte, the receiver is responsible for the cost of returning the order parcel to Deconduarte. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received.
- Lost Packages: We are not liable for any packages lost through Australia Post or any other carriers. In the event of an incomplete international shipment, we will wait for the item to be returned to us and will resend it at the customer’s expense.
- Pre-Orders: Estimated timeframes for pre-order items may change due to external courier delays. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility. No refunds for cancelling pre order items.
