Refund Policy

All designs have a wait time as stated on the purchase of dress.
No refunds unless faulty. If incorrect colour or custom request hasn't been entered in the cart this will not be eligible for a refund.
Store credits available if eligible. Garment will have to be returned 7 days after it is recieved.
If dress needs to be repaired or altered I will consider fixing garment depending on circumstance (email for request).
Shipping is $12 for standard and $15 for express. We ship to all countries with varying shipping fees depending on the location. We do not cover any customs charges for international orders.
We are not liable for any lost packages from Australia Post.
